Return Policy:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase in its original condition for a full refund. We do not impose restocking or shipping fees, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.

Defective or Damaged Items:

For defective or damaged items, providing a photo of the issue along with a brief description expedites the return process. Otherwise, our dedicated returns team will promptly reach out to request necessary information.

Processing Time:

Upon receipt of your returned item at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for our returns team to process your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The timeframes for completion are as follows:

-Return: Once you receive confirmation via email that your return is processed, please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

- Exchange:  Upon completion of your exchange, you will receive an email containing your shipment and tracking details. Please allow up to 24-48 hours after receiving the shipment notification to view the estimated delivery date via the tracking link.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Request an RMA:   Simply reply to one of your order notification emails to initiate your return request. Please provide as much detail as possible, and including pictures is encouraged. Allow 24-48 hours for your return request to be reviewed and approved.

2. Pack Your Return:   Once your RMA is approved, you will receive an email with detailed return instructions.

3. Ship It Out:   Follow the provided instructions on where to return the items. Upon receipt of your return, please allow our team 5-7 business days to process it accordingly.
